New Order Process

Updated: Feb 28, 2021

"How do I order?" "How long will it take?" I find myself getting these questions a lot so to make ordering from my shop easier, I put a new system in place to make ordering as easy as possible. This post will walk you through, start to finish, on how to place an order with us. We are always happy to help if you have any questions, so please feel free to reach out if you need help with anything!

Step 1: Getting Started

Start by going to our Get a Quote page and submit the form. When submitting the form, be sure to include what your desired product is. We currently have three different categories to choose from.

  • Embroidery(hoop, clothing, baby carrier, etc.)

  • Quilt

  • Vinyl

Along with what product type, add a short description of what type of design or piece you'd like made. Don't worry about getting all the little details down, we will get to all of that in the next step.

Step 2: Design phase

Once we have your form, we will reach out to you to get more details on the piece you want us to create. At this point, one of two things will happen.

  1. If you already have a design ready to go for stitching, you get to skip the design phase and jump ahead to step 3!

  2. If you need to work alongside the shop to create your desired piece, this part of the process is for you.

The design portion of your order can take as little as a day or as much as a few weeks, it varies greatly from piece to piece. We work closely with you to get all the little details exactly how you want them, so be sure to let us know if there is something you want altered. Through this part of the process, we will keep you updated with pictures of your design in progress.

Step 3: Stitching Magic

Once the design is ready to go and we get your approval, we will send you the invoice. *Note: a non refundable deposit is due upon signing the invoice. This covers the cost of materials and design.*

Once we have all the materials, design and invoice together, we get started on your piece.

This particular phase can take varying amounts of time, from a few weeks up to a year. Because each piece is unique our turnaround times will be discussed during the design phase. We will keep you updated on your project giving you pictures so you can see how your piece is coming.

Step 4: Delivery!

This is may be my favorite part of doing this, your piece is finished! Depending on your chosen delivery method, your piece will be in your hands. From an idea to a physical piece of art that we hope will bring you joy for years to come. We have so much fun creating so many unique pieces for you all and look forward to doing it as long as I can.

Happy Stitching!

Jules
